The general agricultural cooperative Zlatno zrno from Gložan has successfully implemented the project of building a cold storage for onions and potatoes, as well as the procurement of a sowing machine, with the financial support of the IPARD program through Measure 1, in the 2021 open call. The total value of the project is 40.6 million dinars, and it is the result of a successful and continuous cooperation between our company and the cooperative, which continues through new investment plans.

A young and successful client who, with the support of the IPARD program through Measure 7, completed the construction of a house with five modern apartments on the Zlatar Mountain, combining modern comfort with authentic mountain style. Through this project, not only did she realize her vision, but also made a significant contribution to the development of rural tourism and the promotion of Zlatar as an attractive destination for nature-based holidays.

Darka Čapelja is a mother of two children, a mathematics teacher and a successful farmer who simultaneously runs a farm in two sectors – vegetables and crop farming. At the open call for IPARD incentives through Measure 1 in 2022, she obtained the right to purchase a new tractor, while the previous year, through the World Bank’s 50–40–10 program, she also received support for an investment in machinery.

In 2024, it continued with the development of the farm and again applied for IPARD incentives under Measure 1, confirming its commitment to continuous investment in modern agriculture.

According to her, this is just the beginning of the modernization of the economy, with a clear vision of further investments through available programs of subsidies and development support.
